Cristian Logofătu “You create your own opportunities.” Cristian Logofătu (35 years old) is a Romanian entrepreneur. Ambitious and creative, Cristian Logofătu has studied finance at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest (licensed in 2003) and has a Masters in Computer Science at the Unviersity of Bucharest (graduated in 2006). Attracted to the business world, after seven years of experience in IT Training, in 2007, Cristian Logofătu co-founded Bittnet Systems together with his brother, Mihai Logofătu. Cristian became Chief Financial Officer of Bittnet and, since then, has taken the company through several stages and types of financing, from banking products, to attracting angel investors, selling a part of the business to an investment fund and listing the company on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
Bittnet has grown and became the market leader in IT training in Romania and one of the most appreciated IT integrators. In 2014, both Deloitte and Ernst&Young (EY) have included Bittnet in their Yearly Tops of Entrepreneurs: Top 500 Fast Moving Tech Companies in EMEA and EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2014 Yearbook. Starting with 2015, Bittnet is the only publicly listed IT company in Romania.
