Since 2014 is CEO of Magurele High Tech Cluster, an association with more than 85 entities.
Since 2005 founded and leads Foundation for Democracy, Culture and Liberty (FDCL) based in Rasa Village, commune Gradistea, Calarasi County. FDCL has several branches in Calarasi, Sighet and Suceava. FDCL – Calarasi Branch obtain funding for several projects through the cross-border Cooperation Programme Romania – Bulgaria 2007 – 2013: Socio-economic condition and evaluation of the Romania-Bulgaria Cross-Border Area between 2009–2015
(Strategic Project), Danube Cross-border System for Earthquakes Alert – DACEA, Cooperation in R&D & Innovation for Economic and Social Development in CBC Area Romania – Bulgaria – INNOGATE 21, DANUBE HOUSE – regional identity for economic development and Rinno – a model for enhancing the benefits of Romania-Bulgaria cross – border region cooperation by using RD&I.
Since 2006 is president/general manager of SC Economix News SA, company througt wich it was launched the communication platform www.competitivitate.ro / www.fabricadebani.ro.
He graduated from the postgraduate program Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) business school in Romanian – American.
Former Chairman / CEO of the Romanian Radio Broadcasting, Dragos Şeuleanu was a journalist for over 20 years. In 2002 was elected to the Board of Directors of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). Dragos Şeuleanu is a member of the International Press Institute (IPI) in Vienna, founding member of Transparency International subsidiary in Romania, founding member of the Association of Public Relations Professionals.
2007 was the former president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In 2006 he was elected vice-president of CCIRMB – Section Commerce – Tourism. In May 2001 he was elected president of the image CCIRMB. In 1998 he was elected honorary member of CCIRMB.

International Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Washington, DC, USA gave him a fellow deputy position. Jointly with CSIS has organized the following events: U.S. – Romania: New allies, new challenges (October 2004 International Conference – Washington), New relations between Central Europe and Russia after NATO enlargement (February 2005 roundtable Bucharest), Romania: New Ally Strategic America (July 2005 Roundtable, Washington), The evolution of relations between Europe and the United States during the second mandated President George W. Bush (October 2005 International Conference, Bucharest), Wider Europe and the transatlantic link (October 2005, International Conference, Washington), Romania in the European Union – Impact on Transatlantic Relations and Development (Washington, November 2007), Central European Security Conference: Power, markets and international influence (Bucharest, April 2008).
He was decorated by the President of Romania faithful service medal knighted in 2003.
In 1995 was awarded by the Delegation of the European Commission The European Young in 1994.
